Now, I’m telling this to you because in a few minutes you’ll discover how I managed to rise from the rock bottom I was into.
You don’t need to be someone who is strong and tough. In fact, you don’t need to be great or have some special skills to overcome burnout.
What’s required though is a mindset.
The belief that you can do it. That you don’t have to settle. That you’re mentally strong enough to do this.
Especially in today’s current social and political climate…
It’s harder than ever to be part of Law Enforcement.
There is an increased pressure put through.
From the daily commands and unstable schedule, you have enough!
Not mentioning how you should behave correctly that seems like one wrong move can lead you to harm.
As a result, this can lead to ultimately being fired for just doing your job. The situation evolved especially involving people of color.
Constant demands for "reform" & "defunding" of law enforcement have been an issue.
It seems like everything you do when putting on your uniform to go out on the job is ignored, unappreciated, and unsupported.
And you have to deal with an increase in riots, looting, & overall destruction of cities...
The stress of knowing the increase of murders targeted towards officers while on duty…
Plus, being forced to constantly deal with toxic personalities, workplace polarity, and disappointing assignments.
Needless to say, officers arguably have it harder than ever.
All of this, points to something that (unfortunately) is rarely talked about in Law Enforcement...
